Here we have a really handy small portable EL Driver that takes 1 x AAA battery (battery not supplied).

It's dimensions are: 5.1cm x 2.9cm x 1.5cm and it can power up to 2 metres of EL Wire but it is ideal when running 1 metre or under of EL Wire.

When it is used to drive more than 1 metre of EL Wire, the whistle of the inverter becomes audible.

(This is important to consider if you are using it in a hat or mask)

This is a 3v (2 x AA batteries) EL Driver which will light up to 5 metres of EL wire, or 80 sq cm of EL Tapes or EL Panels

It has a press button that goes between On - Strobe - Flash - Off, and is available with or without a belt clip.

This driver has a connector on the end which is a standard EL wire connector making it able to quickly switch between different coloured wire or add a splitter and have several strands of wire - simply clip it in and out the connector

Basic Portable Driver for up to 5 metres of EL Wire (with Trigger Switch)

This EL Driver has been specially designed for dance acts or light-painters who need constant control over their EL Wire and want to switch it on and off with ease

Based on a standard 2 x AA EL Driver, but instead of a push button on the front scrolling through the settings there is a long 1metre (35inch) wire coming out of the driver that ends with an ON/OFF click plunger (the trigger)

Extra control can be achieved by half depressing the trigger before it clicks and using this to switch the EL Wire Off and On

The Driver is supposed to sit on the waist or the back where it drives up to 5 metres of EL Wire. The power lead with the trigger on the end can then run from here, down the arm and either be held in the hand, or sewn into the sleeve for easy access

This Driver DOES NOT have a flashing option.

9V Driver for 5m EL Wire

Here is a 9v water resistant EL Driver that will run up to 5 meters of EL neon glow wire or 120 square centimetres of EL panel or EL tape. The Driver has a hard cap 9v adapter to plug the square 9V batteries into

The driver is available with a 1.2m long cord with a plunger switch on the end or without a switch but DOES NOT have a flashing function.

But does have two integral screw fixing points on either side of it so it can be fastened down

This is a super adaptable EL Driver which will run up to 5 metres of EL wire or 150squ cm of EL Tapes or EL Panels.

It DOES NOT have a flashing function - but comes with the option of an On/Off 'Plunger Switch'. The switch will latch on when fully pressed down, press for a second time and the switch will latch off.

As explained in detail below, these Adaptable Drivers are very versatile with a whole selection of Power inputs (Mains, Batteries, Direct 12V etc)

This handy item is a 12v driver with a variety of power inputs that will run between 5 and 15 metres of EL Wire.

The Driver has a switch on the side with 3 different positions Off - Flash - Continuous On.

As explained in detail below, these Adaptable Drivers are very versatile with a whole selection of Power inputs (Mains, Batteries, Direct 12V etc)

The size of the Driver is: 5.4cm x 3.4cm x 2.9cm and weighs 61g.

This adaptor plugs into the car lighter socket. It is fused and ends with a 5.5mm/2.1mm jack plug so it can be used with any of our 12v Drivers or accessories

If you're thinking of running two of these units off of one power source, then get yourself one of these splitters.

Please note this is a Splitter from the Battery to the Driver, so you would only need one Battery pack for 2 x Drivers

Remote Control

You can use this Remote Control Unit by plugging the Controller between the Power Source and the Driver

You can use several controllers with just one hand-held remote unit if you want to switch several drivers at once

This EL Driver is powered by the highest quality rechargeable Lithium Polymer technology

It is an EL Driver for 5-15metres of EL Wire

The Li-ion Battery comes with an Intelligent Charger to prolong the life of the battery

While trying out different battery systems, we found that many of them exaggerated the milliamp/Hour ratings. These batteries are within 10% of the rating at which they have been given

They do not have their own on/off switch as we found this was unnecessary and just added another element that could fail

The rechargeable batteries come in 3 different sizes
