Because the EL naturally glows blue/green the brightest colour of the wire is the Light Blue, Lime Green and White.

The least bright are the red and purple as they have to be filtered the most to get the colours right.

The wire has a connector attached and so is ready to clip into an EL Driver.

EL wire has loads of uses

It has an amazing neon string effect when decorating the interior or exterior of the home, cars, motorbikes, bicycles and trailers. It can be used to make faux neon signs and attached to costumes and even be threaded into clothes and hats. It can be used as safety lighting and mood lighting.

Glowing Christmas Jumper Set

Turn any ordinary jumper into a glowing, flashing Christmas Jumper with this fantastic EL Panel Set.

With this set you get

1) 3 x Christmas Shapes,

2) 1 x slimline sequencer that takes 2 x AA batteries (not supplied)

3) Velcro for easy application

The glowing snowflakes and Christmas trees are made from light and flexible EL Panel that shine really brightly

Converting your jumper is simple:

1) Make 3 small (1/2cm) holes in the jumper (on a loose knit jumper you do not need to make holes, as you can poke the wires through the weave)

2) Push the connector lead on each of the panels through the holes and connect to the sequencer.

3) We supply Velcro which can be sewn or glued to the jumper and also sticks to the back of the shapes to completely hold them in place. (not necessary, but recommended)

4) The Sequencer has a belt clip or can be put in the pocket. It has an adjustable dial so you can change the speed at which they rotate through.

You will get a choice of colours and shapes (White, Blue or Pink Snowflake and a Green Xmas Tree) .

GLOWING LETTERS EL Panel Alphabet

These glowing EL Letters are thinner than a credit card and glow amazingly bright

They have many uses from advertising signs or maybe you want an original way to have your kids names on a bedroom door

Each letter is just over 4cm high and just under 4cm wide

EL Panels and Tapes are an incredibly versatile material that can be wrapped around things.

You can join loads of them together using 'Splitters' and it can even have holes and shapes punched into it and be cut into your chosen shapes.

This 'Chasing' EL Driver is 9cm x 3.5cm x 2.3cm and takes 2 x AA batteries - batteries not supplied.

'Chasing' 3 Way Splitter - this is designed only to be used with chasing EL Wire and will not work with standard EL Wire

This light painting set has been specially designed for those wanting to take their art further with a wider range of effects that can be created using the different properties of specialist EL wires.

The set also includes a versatile electroluminescent panel which can be cut to shape or a stencil easily placed over it.

Your preferred colour selection will include the following:

1) 1 x EL trigger driver

This driver gives you good control of lighting the wire by having a 1m long cord with a trigger switch on the end. The button either latches into place or on half press, stays lit for as long as it is help down.

2) 1 x mini splitter

Using splitters enables you to make more than one EL wire or EL panel glow at a time.

3) 3.2mm EL wire

This EL wire has a slightly thicker sleeve than our standard EL wire, giving it extra protection against bending stress.

4) Stiff EL wire

This rigid EL wire can be formed and will hold any shape you bend it into.

5) Maxi EL wire

This is a finer wire that is not so rigid, but it will hold its shape.

6) 10cm length of 5mm EL wire

This small and firm length of wire is perfectly suited to be used as a light wand.

7) 5cm x 8cm EL panel

This unique light and versatile material can be cut to any shape, or if you want to reuse it then mask out the areas you don't want lit. The panel doesn't heat up so you can mask it with any materials including coloured cellophane or acetates.

Dinner Jacket Suit EL Panels + Driver

This is a classy set if you want to turn a dinner jacket into a startling and unmissable work of art

1) Two large EL Panels are 37 cm long and 7cm at the wides part of the lapel

2) Zig-Zag Shapes for the shoulders - these are 12cm long in total
