This driver is specifically for use with Chasing EL Wire and will not connect or light up standard EL Wire

EL Chasing Wire

It has a mode button that switches between:

OFF - Continuous ON - Adjustable

When the driver is in 'Adjustable' mode, you can control the speed of the chasing effect from a slow crawl right up until the speed is a blur.

This small portable unit will light up to 3 metres of standard chasing wire or 1 metre of ULTRA chasing EL Wire.

For use with this driver, we currently stock 50cm, 1m and 3metre lengths of standard chasing EL Wire

We have specially made Chasing Splitters to connect 3 pieces of 1m Chasing EL Wire to this one Driver

or if you are using ULTRA Chasing EL Wire then it must be either a single 1metre length or you can use the splitters with 3x 33cm strands or 2x 50cm pieces

(ULTRA Chasing EL Wire is much brighter and requires more power to make it glow)

Its dimensions are: 10.5cm x 3.2cm x 2cm (L x W x H)

** REMEMBER - EL Drivers if left switched on, will keep running and draining the battery while it is switched on even if there is EL Wire or EL Tape attached to it or not**
