This is enough copper tape to join 40-50 pieces of EL wire

The Copper tape is used to make it easier to join the corona wires which are too fine to attach a wire to.

Instructions on how to join EL wire are available online

Cutting EL Wire couldn’t be simpler, but re-attaching it is fairly easy but takes a little time and patience

There are other items you will need when cutting EL Wire – wire strippers (needed), solder and soldering iron (recommended) plus copper tape and heat shrink tubing
